The 12 Kits of Occasions - June Edition

It is the final day of the month and that means it is time for The 12 Kits of Occasions. This month our amazing hostess is Marybeth from Marybeth's Time for Paper and what a kit she sent! So sweet, feminine and very romantic. I now have a nice little stash of wedding and anniversary cards that are simply sweet using all the wonderful supplies. One of the things I love most about being part of this group is the kits and having stamped images and dies to play with that I don't own and the leftovers...oh my goodness there are always so many goodies left over for cas'ing all the fabulous cards that have been created.

We have another guest with us this month....Lindsay from Occasional Crafting, the link to her blog is here. She is an incredibly talented crafter, so grab a cup of tea/coffee and take of peek.

Be sure to head over to The 12 Kits of Occasions blog, (the link is here) to see all the wonderful and creative cards the rest of the 12 kit's ladies have made and list of the wonderful supplies. Thank you so much for stopping by today and enjoy your week!

One card for Saturday...

Hello...just a quick post for today. I only have one card to share but made 10 cards today, the rest to be posted at a later time. My card is for the current challenge at The Card Concept #13 Oh Baby (my card style would be clean and graphic?) and Serendipity Stamps #32, the theme is window cards so I made a little window using one their newer word dies, they are fabulous! I thought a baby card would be fun to make and with Lucy's help, she made the cute little rubber duck.

Happy Monday...I only have one card to share today, it is for this weeks Retro Sketches challenge #120. Summer camp has kept me very busy and I over did it a bit this past weekend...with an all day concert, Warp Tour on Saturday with my daughter and a 5K and graduation party on Sunday so by mid day I was ready to crawl under a rock and sleep for the next week.

CASe Saturday

Happy Saturday...it has been forever since I have sat down to play with my stamps and today I went to a paper crafting event with 15 other ladies and actually accomplished something today. Usually I spent way too much time chatting and laughing and maybe would get one card completed but not today, I finished 10 cards! I went prepared and tried to make it easy to stay focused and get some work done. I decided to do nothing but CASe cards, except one. It made it very easy to be productive. I pulled out last month's 12 kit and used leftovers to make 3 cards, so quick and easy. We all brought food to share the theme was picnic, so what better to share at a picnic than watermelon? Thank you so much for taking time to stop by...enjoy your weekend and Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dad's out there.

Watermelon Rice Krispie Treats

This card is entered in the current challenge at The Card Concept#12 - Nautical. I think it fits into the clean and layered category.

Cards from lats month's 12 kits...thank you ladies for the fabulous inspiration!

I CASed Sherrie from A Little Piece of Everything, minus the sentiment forgot to bring those along. You can see Sherrie's card here. This card is using some NBUS, you can read more about that over at Darnells' blog, she has a party going on.
