The 12 Kits of Christmas - November 2012 Edition


We are at the end of November and that means another edition of our 12 Kits of Christmas and this month Jeanne from  A Kept Life is our wonderful hostess. First let me say that this was one amazing kit....so many wonderful goodies and every time I sat down to work on my cards I swear that more pieces would show up. I have enough kit leftovers to CASE the rest of the groups amazing cards.   1. You made so many pretty cards Kim - My fave is thta sled with that fabby two color bow (well of course it is right?) You mixed the papers beautifully and so many perfect details like those pearls on the poinsettia paper on the first one - definately drool worthy!

  4. Wow--I love all of your cards. You did so many wonderful things with the elements of this kit, and I know the feeling of having endless goodies. Super cute way to use that sled--I was stumped, and I love how you found so many ways to highlight that gorgeous patterned paper.

  5. Beautiful cards Kim. Beautiful bow on the first one, I saved mine, love the way you used it. Love the ornament card with the bells on it. The sled card has a great layout with the cut pieces of paper added to the card. I love that sled! Wonderful cards Kim.

  6. I love these Kim! My favorite is the one with the sleighs...wish I had used them! The card with the sleigh and the little sentiment tab is also a great one, wow, what a bunch of great cards this month! Such a great kit.

  7. Oh, Kim--these are SO wonderful! I adore the pearls on the first card--very clever touch! And I love how you used the sleighs--awesome CAS design. Placing the ornament on top of the doily was a great idea too--it looks so lacy and pretty. The last one is probably my favorite--the combo of papers and two-color bow with the sled are perfect!

    with the mix of papers and on the angle...

  12. I LOVE that Santa stationery, Kim! It's so sweet with the sleigh die cut and the embossed snowflakes! The ornament on the doily is amazing, so elegant! Love how you used the sentiment with the sweet holly berries and that pretty background paper. This is SUCH a fun hop, I am actually learning so much LOL! I always love me a good lesson in layouts...it's so fun to see what everyone made!

  15. Kim what a beautiful arrangement of cards! I think my favorite has to be the sleigh card with the poinsettia card as a close runner up. I love how much the sleighs pop on that white background, and the sentiment is great!

    I am dying over here for the card with the sleigh die cuts...how awesome is this???
    Then you have the sleigh image with the snippets of pattern
    paper peeking out!

  18. What you girls do with these 12 kits is always so jaw-dropping and inspiring. If I only had the results of these cards in my book of faves, I'd be inspired for a very long time! It was hard, but that sled card is my favorite of this wonderful group! Well done, Kim!!

  19. These are all so classy, Kim! I adore how you embellished the poinsettia center with pearls, and the simplicity of the red sleigh border on the white embossed background is lovely. Gorgeous work with this kit!
