Apology

I was planning to make a card to post this evening but I something that is weighing heavy on my heart so no card was made, I had to get this taken care of. It has come to my attention that I have offended another blogger, unfortunately this is not the first time but I do pray that it is the last.  I do my blog because it brings me joy and I have met some really incredible ladies that I am proud to call my friends, (even if the majority of them live it Blogland) and really for no other reason. I do make every attempt to always give credit where credit it do and never take credit or ownership of something that is not mine. So for those who feel that I have offend them, please accept my most sincere and heart felt apology, it was never my intent to offend anyone in anyway.

  1. oh kim - so sorry that this has happened. It's almost as if every blog post needs to be proceeded with fine print and disclaimers. It happens to everyone and I am sure that the offended blogger will do it some time in the future too. We aren't perfect!:)

  3. Hey Kim, I've had a few troubles in my life. And I'm so sorry that this trouble has hurt you. From what I know of you through blogland, you are a kind and gentle soul who would absolutely not hurt anyone. Hang in there. This too shall pass. There's a section of Philippians that really, really helps me in those times of trouble -- check it out on the header of Arielle's blog. It has been a real comfort to me, and it reminds me to find the good even in bad situations. I am praying for you and the other person too. Hit your craft room and create! Your work is a joy to behold. Hugs to you, Bev

  4. I am so sorry. The blog world is my happy place and I hate that there are difficult things that happen. I've been following you long enough to know that anything that happened was definitely not intentional.

  5. Kim I am so sorry this happened! I know you well enough to say that you of all people would never, ever do anything intentionally. You blog is a happy place and you have only kind words for everyone you touch in blogland. It makes me sad that this happened to you. We can all only try our best to credit but with so many wonderful blogs and Pinterest it is impossible to know where every creative thought comes from. Most of the time our creations comes from the many things we have seen put together. Similarity is the sweetest form of flattery. My father has always told me that if you have nothing nice to say then it is best to say nothing at all.
    ~hugs my friend!

  6. Oh, my friend, that's so unfair. I was going to say everything that Tracey said, so I won't repeat it. I can only emphasize that you are one of the sweetest, kindest people I know. Period. The most important thing is that YOU know in your heart that you did not intentionally mean to offend anyone. You've apologized and that's all you can do. Please do not give this any more thought or power over your creative energy!

  8. Kim we all grab bits and pieces of what we see and try to make it our own - sometimes unintentionally and sometimes for fun to CASE someone. Sometimes there is only so many ways to use a specific product. You are one of the sweetest people I know - your apology makes that even more evident. Hopefully that will suffice and we can leave the past behind! Hugs to you!

  9. Girl - I am so sorry! You know, we all surf around and see things, and then forget where we saw them or even THAT we saw them... don't you worry! All of us that really matter know how sweet you are!!! We've all seen people who borrow from us, and I always try to have a positive attitude about it. We control our own responses to such things, you know? Maybe she'll read this and have a change of attitude/heart & feel thankful that someone/anyone is paying her some attention! BIG HUGS to you and 'poopie' for her - LOL!
