Papertrey Ink - Make it Monday #182 Mason Jar Stamping

Just a quick post for Sunday...there are two post season games on today that I will be watching and being crafty too. My sweetie bought me a 5lb. bag of peanuts, hope they will last until the World Series is over, with 18 inning/6 hour games you just never know...LOL

I have a jar to share with you today for this weeks Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday. Painting the jars was easy, I have 4 made to use as Halloween treats for friends, 2 black and 2 orange. The stamping portion was not so easy with the curved edges of the jar, so parts of my spiders are missing but I still love the look of the silver spiders on the black jar.  Thank you so much for taking time to stop by...enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  1. Cute, cute! I don't think anyone will mind that parts of the spiders are missing, especially if there's some yummy treats in the jar! And the tag and bows match perfectly...well done! :0)

  7. Hi Kim- thank you for your thoughtful comment on our blog. I am okay but just super busy at work as I transferred to a new role last July, same company. I have not had the chance to blog unfortunately. Hopefully soon when things go back to normal. Thanks again for thinking of me. Lovely jars, by the way. Perfect for Halloween. - Irma

  8. Love the wee Jack-o-Spider on the tag! What a great idea to paint the jars black and to decorate them with spiders bearing various numbers of legs! You are just so dang crafty!

BTW...I'd likely have that bag of peanuts eaten in one evening!

  15. Only you, dear friend, could transform simple jars into something quite fabulous, as you've done here. These are adorable, sporting shimmery spiders and a jack o'lantern 'masquerading' as a spider. Simply splendid...and such a gift is a guarantee of a mega watt smile! A 5 lb bag of peanuts...yummm! What a sweet sweetie you have!
