ColourQ #268 and Serendipity Challenge #37 - Thankful

Hello...I have one card to share for 2 challenges. This weeks colors for ColourQ Challenge #268 are so much fun, in fact I love so much I had to purchase a Vera Bradley handbag with this print for my mom, so fun and so perfect for this time of year. I really love these sweet flowers. And thanks to Joyce from Cards by the Sea for making me see the light and to try something different. I love using flowers now! Hope you will find the time to play along with us this week, as always I love seeing your beautiful creations. I am also entering my card in the current challenge at Serendipity Stamps, the theme is Thankful. I am very thankful for sweet and kind friends, like Marybeth, she sent me the sentiment stamp I used for my card. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy the rest of your week.

  17. What did you Mum think of her bag?? Bet she loved it, its gorgeous! Wow that sentiment is so sweet and really like how you did the flowers, you've given them such dimension. I don't use flowers much either, they scare me a little but should jump on the bandwagon and try them more often. Especially if they turn out as good as this!

  23. Oh how pretty! What a fabby sentiment - haven't seen that before. And I read in your SCT post something about shopping at the commisary (we just celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday with friends here in Germany since there is no holiday on Thursday). Our bird came from the commisary too (14 lbs) thanks to friends. Where are you, Kim?
