Hello....it is the end of January and time again for our 12 Kits of Occasions post and what a beautiful kit we all have to share. Lindsey is our creative hostess for the month of January, a great kit to stare the New Year off with. There are also 2 giveaways this month, you can find all the details here on our groups 12 kit post, Good Luck.
There are a few changes that start this month, the first being Joyce from Cards-By-The-Sea is stepping down, she will be missed more than she will know. Her cards here have always been simply amazing and beautiful. The other change is that Birgit Norton from Crafting While I Wait is joining our group, she is so talented and I am sure most of you already know her but if not be sure to welcome her and say hello.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteI took a good look at the kit photo abd also headed over to the 12 kits blog, it's fascinating to see all the different versions made of the same supplies. Love the kit, quite exotic and soft at the same time. They're all gorgeous these cards, but I especially noticed the second card with the white embossed flower image. It's stunning!

ReplyDeleteOMGSH Kim, these are just OUTSTANDING!!! I looked at the first one and said WOW, then the second one and said, My Goodness, then . . . well you get my point! I can't possibly pick a favorite one, but all of these are such excellent work!!!!! Phenomenal!

ReplyDeleteHi Kim!!!! Miss you! My gosh you have so many gorgeous cards all on one post! I love them all but the large bloom that you watercolored is nothing short of amazing! I still have that one left and I can only hope I can come close to the beauty of yours.
ReplyDeleteAwesome job with the kit Kim, these are all so pretty. I waited to use my embossed floral panel until I got color inspiration from the rest of your girls!! I LOVE yours to bits and BITS!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm always so anxious to see what you have created from your kit!!! Love what I see here! Totally loving the 'flower' theme and the beautiful colors! All the cards are awesome but the second card took my breath away...sooooooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Kim! Beautiful job creating with Lindsey's amazing kit. Love your anniversary card--your watercoloring is amazing! I still have mine and hope I can do even half as well.

ReplyDeleteYour cards are all gorgeous, Kim! I always look forward to seeing what each of you create with your kits. Thanks for pointing out there was a giveaway, too! I have always thought it would be so much for to participate with all of you, so it's great to have a chance.
ReplyDeleteKim, I absolutely adore what you made with my kit!!! Your pillow box is adorable. I love that you doubled up the twine and added the wood hearts. I was so happy to see you paired the pineapples with the triangle paper. That is what I planned to do, but just didn't get that card finished. Such a great idea to add the leaves within and without the window, and those little few drops are the most perfect embellishment for your gorgeous flowers. I think Joyce sent those once in a kit...I'm going to have to dig them out. Oh, how you have inspired me today!
ReplyDeleteEverything is so beautiful, Kim. You did an outstanding job with all the things in the kit.
