Sympathy Card

I made this card for a very dear friend who's dog, Adios passed away.  I did not have anything pet related stamp or paper wise, so I went with something sweet and simple. I used the vine die that my forum friend Joyce was sweet enough to cut for me since I don't own that die yet.  Not sure what color paper she used to cut the die out with but it was close enough to PTI Lemon Tart that you really don't notice the slight difference. Thank you for taking a peek.

Supplies Used - All PTI unless otherwise stated

Printed Paper: Cosmo Cricket - Pixie-licious
Ink: VersaFine - Onyx Black
Felt: Harvest Gold

  3. What a beautiful card. I love how you used the patterned paper. I don't actually remember which PTI yellow I used for those vines--I find all three yellows to be almost exactly the same. I never thought of using yellow with the berry sorbet, but it looks really great together.

  4. I think this is a really pretty card to send to your friend. Our pets are like family, and I am sure this pretty card will cheer her up. I love the vine and the patterned papers on this one. Your choice of stamp set was just right on this one too.
