CAS-ology - Java #109 and Back to School

Happy Saturday....I have one card to share and one fun back to school gift tag. My card is for the current challenge at CAS-ology and it seems like it has been forever since I have played along with them. When I saw this week's cue card, I did not want to miss playing along. So I have a question for you...how my coffee stamp sets does it take to make just one CAS coffee card??? In my case 3, Paper Smooches - Cyber Cafe, The Alley Ways - Breakfast Club and Reverse Confetti - Be a Barista. What a fun card to make too.

We started school this past Thursday and I wanted to make some fun treats for my sweet co-workers and I saw this adorable little book worm some where in blogland and had to purchase the files from Silhouette and make some too. Don't you think he is just the cutest!  I filled treat bags with some yummy candy (Twix, Sour Patch Kids and Plain M&M's) and tied them off with black and white gingham ribbon and red bakers twine. Thank you so much for taking time to stop by...enjoy the rest of your week!

Ingredients
Solid Card Stock: PTI - Rustic White and SU - Baked Brown Sugar
Stamps: PS - Cyber Cafe, RC - Be a Barista and TAWS - Breakfast Club
Ink: SU - Soft Suede, Baked Brown Sugar and Chocolate Chip

  2. The bigger question is, how brilliant do you have to be to remember you have of all these related stamps and work out a design using them that is perfect for the CASology challenge? Answer: VERY!! I love it, Kim! And I also adore your sweet wormy goodie bags for your coworkers ~ adorable! You must be the most beloved teacher in your school!! Hugs, Darnell

  5. Darnell's comment has me giggling! Your three stamps are perfectly combined for your eye-catching java card....love it to bits and pieces! The little red heart is the perfect special touch! As for your book-wormy treat bags: aren't you a gem for creating these for your co-workers! Teachers "need" candy - a good sugar rush always helps to cope with returning to the classroom! I'm back to work tomorrow (meetings for the week) and kids come Sept. 2. How time flies...
    Hugs~c

  13. Well, your coffee card is just adorable, and good thing that you have three coffee sets! They work so well together. Pretty good for a gal who loves tea, and I can only guess how many tea sets you have. Love your back to school treats, as well. You are really starting off on the right foot with your new job--I'm sure you're the most popular teacher there. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.
