Hello....today I am a bit sad, this is my final post as a member of the Wild Card team for The Card Concept. It has been a fabulous 6 months (it was only to be 3 months and got extended) playing along with this amazing group of ladies. Lesley, Tracey and all the rest, thank you so much for all your wonderful support and fun. I loved every minutes of it!
Today's card is for The Card Concept - Silent Night Neutrals, you can almost smell the cinnamon....I love the stars and the metallic colors so I pulled out my star cover plate from Papertrey Ink and added a sweet Christmas sentiment using Delicata Gold ink. I tell you if you do not own these inks, YOU HAVE to buy them. They are just amazing. I love that they stamp shiny and clean and dry quick too. Thank you so much for taking time to stop by...enjoy your day and I hope you find the time to play along with us...on our final challenge of the year.
I have a second card to share and this one is for the current challenge at CASology #125 and the cue card is Silver. I needed to make a few Hanukkah cards and remembered that a sweet friend cut and stamped me enough supplies to make a couple dozen cards. So this is the first I have made with an inlaid Menorah, I really love the way it turned out too.
LOVE both of your cards, Kim! The stars are great in all those different colors and that silver inlaid Menorah is stunning!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely card designs Kim.

Haven't you been busy!! How sad your time as finished but bet you've made some lovely friends over the last six months. That star die-cut is really spectacular and love how you used the neutral and metallics randomly. Your silver card is so shiny, it looks incredible and is perfect for the CASology challenge. I really must make some time today to get crafty but have so many things to do at this time of the year. Kids finish school this coming Thursday so must make the most of the quiet times!
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards (I'm so repetitive, but your cards ARE beautiful!). I'm sad that you're leaving The Card Concept, but we know where to find youuuuuu *grin*
