It's Tuesday and that means it is time for another awesome color combination and challenge from ColourQ! The colors this week are just stunning too. I am not a big fan of purples but I had so much fun making this card. I made two of them, practicing on my blending skills with my distress inks. So much fun and I think I finally figured it out. I hope you will find the time to play along with us.
I had the day off today in celebration of President's Day. I met up with Darnell and Harriet for lunch...oops I mean dinner. We met at a great little Italian place, Frankie, Johnnie and Luigi's and because it was a holiday we had to order lunch from their dinner menu...make no sense to us! We had a great time and could have spent all day sitting there chatting, laughing and eating! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your week!
Darnell was pretending to be a fashion model...notice her sweet pose!
Love the gold embossing on your card...so pretty! Looks like you all had a blast :) !!!

ReplyDeletewow, beautiful blending...something I need to work on, I always get the shape of the sponge tool...doesn't matter if it is a circle or a rectangle or a dauber! The three of you are so cute, what a fun time! My daughter and I had a great time in Santa Clara and San Jose, we went to Santana Row and had a wonderful afternoon roaming the shops and eating, and the weather...WOW it was fantastic!
