Papertrey Ink Day 1 & 2 and Colour Me #57

Happy Saturday...I love it when I have weekends with really nothing to do, that means more crafting time. I had to take care of a few beauty related issues...my eyebrows and toes look fabulous and my craft desk, one big mess and 2 fun cards to show for it too.
My fist card is for the current challenge at Colour Me #57 - Monochromatic using Night of Navy! This card is also for Day 1 of the PTI Anniversary Challenge. I choose to do a card that required masking...not really my cup of tea, it took me 4 tries to get it right. I pulled out some fun stamps from PTI - Uncorked. Love this set and really love how it turned out, it was worth all the masking mistakes.

My second card is for Day 2 of PTI's Anniversary and I cas'd Betsy's card, it's just so beautiful.  Day 2 was to welcome Maile back to their design team and to make a card inspired by her.  Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your weekend!

Butterfly-Hello2

  11. Oh, I love the card with the wine bottle and glass! I believe the background is stamped, but it looks textured, such a great look and design!
I also think the butterfly card is beautiful, the strokes of paint is such a great way to add color to a design while still keeping a nice and clean feel.
