DoubleClick Skittels - for Mom or girl Challenge #21

Hello and Happy Friday...hope you all had a wonderful week!  I am a Guest Designer for DoubleClick Skittles this month and it is a real honor to be part of Carrie's team for the next 4 weeks. This week's challenge is making a card for mom or girl...I took my supplies that were left over from March's 12 Kits that Marybeth put together for us to the all day crafting event that I attended last Saturday and thought the sweet watermelon skittles would be a perfect match! I cas'd this fabulous card that Lindsey made and you can see her card here...I love the clean look of her wonderful card and it paired so well with Skittles! I thought this would be a "sweet"card to send to my mom just to say hello and remind her how sweet she is!

I hope you will find the time to play along with us...the rules for the challenge are listed below. The challenge runs from April 29 - May 12.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your weekend!

  14. This card is sweet and delicious. Great way to use leftovers from Marybeth's kit. I especially like how you used that black and white paper as a backdrop for your panel with the luscious strawberries.

  24. What an honor to be CASEd by you. :) Thanks, Kim! Adore the "skittles" you added. And you've got me thinking...why don't I share the cards I make with the supplies after the kit cards have been posted? Must remedy that.
