I used a balloon stencil with Silver Delicata Ink.

    Gosh I didn't realise you could use delicata ink with a stencil-I always use it when I don't feel like embossing and just love this ink...so know I will try this. Adore you get the over lap of the balloons and the sentiment just adds to the joy of this card x
