Retro Sketches #40

It seems like it has been forever since I have made a card to participate in the Retro Sketch challenges, just not enough time in the day to do them all.  With all of our Christmas decorating finished I can take a bit more time and play in my craft room.  My friend Joyce from Cards-by-the-Sea sent me some wonderful happy mail, so many fun little goodies and I used them for inspiration to make my challenge card. I have been making so many Christmas cards, it was a nice break to do something different.  I love the new Lil Inkers Polaroid die, it has stitching around the edges and it adds such a fun touch to the die. She also sent 2 rolls of Washi Tape, something that I had not yet used.  One in stripes and the other in polka dots and the colors are just so fun too, lime green and blue - perfect! I had no clue how to use the stuff having never touched it...no clue that it has backing on it either, this really made it easy to use.  Thanks Joyce, I am now hooked! Here is my card, thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!
