Oh, I am so excited!!! This is my first time playing along with CAS(E) this Sketch and my card just seemed to fall into place. I used the remains of what was once my anniversary card from Joyce. Now I could just kick myself for not taking a picture of it when it was whole. I took the lower portion of Joyce's card which was stamped wood grain in gray on ivory, such a beautiful pairing. So I took that bottom portion for my slanted piece and for the 3 images I used the roses and leaves. Such a fun and fast card to make and I have to say it was a great way to recycle a card rather than put in the trash.

ReplyDeleteWow! Love the re-purposed look. The polka dots look amazing with the wood grain and create the perfect backdrop for the beautiful flowers. Love the perfectly placed pearls too!
