Lawn Fawn hop with Joyce...

Some time back Lawn Fawn put the word out that they would be having a little hop with the first 30 ladies who signed up, but I was at work and was not able to get my name on the list in time, then they decided at bump the number to 40 and once again, a day late and a dollar short....but my sweet friend Joyce from Cards-by-the-Sea asked me to play along and be her guest on this hop. I was so excited to be asked to hop with her...you are welcome to leave comments but any comments left on my blog will not get on the prize list with Lawn Fawn.  I love paper piecing and this sweet little gingerbread house was so much fun. I am also entering my card in this week's SSS Challenge this week, the theme is Let it Snow.
I am so happy that I made this some time back, once again I have been sick. This is one of the big negatives to working with children and I seem to be the lucky one and caught everything they toss my way! So once again, I must apologize for not getting to comment on all your fabulous and wonderful creations, to be honest I have spent most of my time sleeping, trying to get rest so I will feel better sooner than later.  I am going to do my best to get my comments made, but it will take some time so please bare with me.
Thank you so much for taking time to stop by and peek at my card and thank you Joyce for letting me share this hop with you.  Wishing everyone a very blessed holiday season!

  3. This is so adorable, Kim!! I saw it on Joyce's blog and as I said there, I just love the snowy hills! I'm sorry that you were too late to get in on the actual hop, but so glad that Joyce let you hop with her! She is the best pal!!

I was just getting ready to email you because I had not seen any posts in a while and this is a busy crafty time of the year, but I came by your blog first just to make sure I hadn't missed a post and I saw this update. I'm terribly sorry that those little vectors contaminated you with their germs!! I pray that the bugs hit the road immediately and you are back to your spunky self in no time! Big hugs, Darnell

  13. This is absolutely adorable, Kim--one of my all-time favorites! Your paper piecing is perfect--you've inspired me to try it more often. I wondered if you were in full swing cardmaking when there weren't any new posts--so sorry you've been sick. Take care of yourself--there will be plenty of posts from all of us to comment on in the future.
