The 12 Kits of Occasions - June Edition

It is the final day of the month and that means it is time for The 12 Kits of Occasions. This month our amazing hostess is Marybeth from Marybeth's Time for Paper and what a kit she sent! So sweet, feminine and very romantic. I now have a nice little stash of wedding and anniversary cards that are simply sweet using all the wonderful supplies. One of the things I love most about being part of this group is the kits and having stamped images and dies to play with that I don't own and the leftovers...oh my goodness there are always so many goodies left over for cas'ing all the fabulous cards that have been created.

We have another guest with us this month....Lindsay from Occasional Crafting, the link to her blog is here. She is an incredibly talented crafter, so grab a cup of tea/coffee and take of peek.

Be sure to head over to The 12 Kits of Occasions blog, (the link is here) to see all the wonderful and creative cards the rest of the 12 kit's ladies have made and list of the wonderful supplies. Thank you so much for stopping by today and enjoy your week!

  4. WOW Kim! You made some gorgeous cards here. Like Renee, I love your shaker card and happy to see you added the inside of the heart dies inside it. At first I thought one of your cards was mine, we sure were on the same page. Such a great idea to add the Serendipity bird die to your card, it's stunning! Great job! Oh, I love the flower card with the enamel dots that one is simply gorgeous!

  6. Oh the clever things you did Kim! The heart cut outs for confetti, the flowers in the quote bubble, and the champagne flutes on the fancy garden trellis die cut. Lots of wonderful things that never entered my mind that I wish I had thought of! Going to have to case you now! LOL!!!

  7. Wow, Kim. I love all your cards. So fun to see that you used some of the same bits I did but in totally different ways. I never would have thought to use that dotted paper with the dots at the bottom--love that. and, the champagne glasses in the Gatsby frame--just brilliant. Love that bird you added, too.

  12. You've used these kits to make a beautiful series of cards. Love the red & cream or the red/white with the different scenes & stamping. The red bird has got to be my favorite of all though. What a great stash you've accumulated with all these so pretty cards. TFS & thanks for your recent visit & comment too. Hugs

  14. What a gorgeous kit you had this month to play around with. Your cards are all glorious and can see why you were so busy creating the other day. I LOVE the heart die with the smaller hearts inside, it looks gorgeous with the white and pink. The red bird with that beautiful shimmery paper behind it is stunning, especially with the mod die-cut shapes along the bottom. And the two 'out-houses' in your last card are simply adorable. I love seeing humour in the cards and this is a classic. You'll need a good sit down after all this. I have had two card designs annoying my brain all day, so now everyone has gone to bed, I can create a mess in front of the television...

  19. Your cards are STUNNING!! How does this kit thing work? I looked at the blog and tried to figure it out. Does one person host each month and sent the product to each person and then you blog your creations? What fun!! I love to see how different designers use the same product. It amazes me the differences in their designs. Thank you for sharing!!

  21. My sweet Kim!! I'm light years behind in commenting (we're at my in-laws at the moment, so I'm sneaking away for some 'me' time), but here I am! Once again, your fabulous style, flair and MAGIC shine through all these gorgeous cards you've created! A stunning set of anniversary and wedding delights, sure to dazzle the couples who receive them. The outhouses....brilliant!! The shaker...charming! And all the rest...pure awesome! WOW, WOW and WOW
