Good Morning...a quick post with a pretty in pink birthday card for both Retro Sketches and Fusion's current challenges. I love these sweet flowers from Michael's, they add so much beautiful color.
I was going to do a post with my favorite cards from 2014 but after looking at all the beautiful handmade cards that were sent me I decided to take a photo of them instead. I love getting these in the mail, thank you all so much.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy the rest of your day!
Oh, this is beautiful and fantastic. I love your chalkboard stamping, and all those pretty pink flowers. Just so fresh and feminine. And, what a gorgeous haul you got from all your many friends and admirers. So many pretty cards.

ReplyDeleteThose pretty pink flowers were striking against that chalkboard background & with the b&w gingham checks. Very delicate, but yet at the same time - quite dramatic. Loved your idea of sharing the cards that were sent to you, as part of the favorites of the year. What a sweet tribute, and you certainly got some beautiful cards. Isn't Blogland wonderful to make you feel special when a fellow blogger thinks of you with a gorgeous card? Beats Hallmark every time! TFS & Hugs

Gorgeous feminine design! I'm no huge fan of pink normally, but with this amount of black I think it's gorgeous, and I love the spots you picked for the flowers and pearls.

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the cards received for Christmas. I had the most cards I can ever remember receiving arrive for Christmas, all beautifully handmade from all my bloggie friends. It was so exciting going to the letterbox each day. Wish I had been able to post more myself, that will be my plan for this coming Christmas!! The flowers on your card are so pretty and go beautifully with the black/pink combo and I really like the little pink loops out the side...so sweet!
