ColourQ #283 and TIME OUT Challenge #26

It's Tuesday and time for another wonderful color combination from ColourQ....I am in love the Tea Towel used for inspiration. A dear friend of ours just lost their sweet dog, Selby and I wanted to make a special card for her family...I know Selby was loved so much and will be missed.

My second card is for the challenge over at TIME OUT and they are celebrating their 1st Birthday, so I wanted to play along. My eye glasses were all cut by Lucy, my Silhouette. So nice to have die cuts at a moments notice when you don't have on hand what your looking for.

Yep - I'm totally calling Winner, Winner with this card....especially with the pretty pearl blings!

  6. Two amazing cards. I just love the first one, and am pinning it to CASE. Unfortunately, it is always good to have sympathy cards on hand. I love that sweet paw print die, and I never thought of using it like you did. And, those glasses...wow! So stylish and mod. And, the perfect sentiment as well.

  20. Such clever takes in both challenges! I love the color scheme of your first, i very seldom enter a color challenge, they are, with the photo ones, the trickiest for me, but I might give this one a go. The colorful eyeglasses is such a fun take in the photo inspiration.

  27. I saw your card in the gallery at Time Out (don't know how I missed the post) and had to chuckle at the frames for frames inspiration. And you've named your Silhouette? I have only used mine once since winning it. Both cards are wonderful, and I'm sure your friends will appreciate the pet sympathy one.
