Christmas in July - July 12 kits of Occasions

Hello....can you believe it's the end of July and Christmas is just around the corner! This month I am the 12 Kits of Occasions hostess and choose Christmas in July as my theme. I put together a mish mash of holiday stamps and dies with patterned paper from American Crafts. I thought July would be a great time to either add to your holiday stash or get a head start on your cards.

I invited Ardyth from MASKerade to be our guest designer this month, I know she will work her magic with the kit and look forward to seeing her incredible creations....thank you Ardyth for playing along with us!

You can see the rest of the teams cards and a complete list of kit supplies at our 12 Kits of Occasions blog.

I pretty much case'd Kay Miller's sweet fall card (you can see her card here). I fell in love the incredible look these  sweet triangles gave her card that I had to give it a go. I didn't have the dies she used so cut out the pieces and was shocked when I got it right first try.

  11. Kim, I don't know if I ever worked with a kit before that I ended up *needing* so many supplies afterward. I had an absolute blast with this kit! Your Bethlehem card is nothing short of amazing and have further convinced me that I need to pick up that stamp set and die, and I'm super excited to see how perfectly Merry & Bright fits on your tag (I have that die) because I fell in love with that, too. Your cards are amazing! So impressed that you made the triangle card so perfectly on your first try. It's such a fun design! Thanks again, Kim. I absolutely loved working with your kit...I always do!
