ColourQ #200, Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes and Paper Players #156

Hello....just a quick post tonight, I was stung by a pesky bee today while checking the corn growing in our school garden and my finger still hurts a bit.  My card is for 3 challenges, ColourQ, Simon Says Stamp and Paper Players, love it when that happens. My card is also using NBUS...that is always fun.

CASology #54 - Gold and a Few New Sweaters

Happy Friday! My first card is for this week's CASology challenge and this week's cue card is Gold.  I always try and make my card to reflect the first thing that pops into my head once I see that cue card and this week is no exception. I know some of you will laugh but the first thing I thought of was the Golden Egg in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.  Veruca Salt was quite the little brat, wanting all the geese that laid the Golden Eggs. I have seen this movie about 100 or so times, the children at school love it, even if it is a bit old in their minds. So I pulled out my A Good Egg stamp set from Waltzingmouse and here you go!

My next 3 cards are just for fun! Remember back when that was why we made cards, before all the challenges started popping up.  Don't get me wrong I love making cards for as many challenges as I can, it forces me to do techniques I may not know and use stamps and supplies that have been sitting around collecting dust.  But these cards are just for fun and thanks to Joyce from Cards-by-the-Sea, for letting me borrow her PTI Shape Up Sweater die and I just fell in love with it.  I actually made 7 sweater cards but I will not bore you with photo's of all of them.  Thank you again for stopping by to peek at my cards....have a fabulous weekend!
