Colour Me #99

Happy Wednesday...I am having so much being off from work, getting my Christmas decorations up and getting some crafting done too. I used this week's color palette for Colour Me #99 to make a birthday card for a sweet friend of mine, Harriet from Ally Cat Cards. Darnell, Harriet and I met for lunch on Monday to celebrate her birthday and we forgot a group photo. We had a wonderful time as always and could have sat and chatted for hours!

Colour Me #97

Yippppeee, it's Wednesday and I have the day off. My plans are to spend some time cleaning up my craft room and getting stuff put away and hope to squeeze a bit of crafting in too. I spent over an hour tonight looking for 2 dies that I could not find, anywhere! Eventually they came out of hiding and now I need to make sure this does not happen again or at least in the near future.

Colour Me #96

Hello....it is time for another color palette from Colour Me! This one was a hard one for me, I don't usually use just these colors on a card. I found some inspiration on Pinterest and here you go! It was pretty quick and easy to make. I hope you will find some time to play along with us this week.

Colour Me #95 and DoubleClick Skittles - Furry Friends

One paper down and one to go...and I am working very hard to get that second one completed, about 2/3 done! Thank you all so much for your kind and supporting words and I promise to eventually get caught up with commenting this century. 

I have one card to share for 2 challenges, Colour Me #95 and DoubleClick Skittles - Furry Friends, love it when this happens. I saw this idea on the Paper Smooches blog and just love the look of it. Since I am not that great at coloring (although I am working on getting better) I love the look of black outlines with the bright and vivid colored dots and a few skittles sprinkled on for good measure. It was quick and fun and I can think of so many other stamps I can do this with.

I thought they would make a sweet looking gift, a nice way to say thank you. I just love this bow stamp from Avery Elle, just so beautiful. It's almost Halloween...just love this holiday and I just about have all my cards made and ready to send out. I found this idea on Pinterest from one of the PTI DT members, such a quick and fun card to make and you can't go wrong with candy corn! Hello....it's Wednesday already, this week is flying by! I have one card to share for the new challenge at Colour Me #92, don't you just love these amazing colors???? ORANGE AND BLACK...it really does not get much better than this in my book. The black is a neutral on my card...LOL. I hope you will find some time to play along with us, I know you will come up with some amazing card using this fabulous shade of orange! And I used some more NBUS....these fabulous Fall Florals from MFT, so much fun.

Hello...I have one card to share for 3 challenges, first is DoubleClick Skittles and the theme is wheels, next up is Colour Me #91 and the colors are so pretty this week. I am playing along with team Tara. I love this fabulous little car and with the help of my Misti, the stamps lined up so nicely. The final challenge is The Paper Players, not sure I have ever played along with them...love their sketch. I know I am very late to the party, just can't seem to get my act together these days! It is getting better but I hate when I am not on time for a dear special friends special day....So Happy Birthday Miss Bev from Happy Dance. I have had left overs from a kit that Renee sent me a couple years back (one of the reasons I love being with the 12 Kits ladies, all the incredible leftovers). I thought the colors would make a nice sympathy card. I used Harvest Berries Stamps from PTI, they are so much fun to play with and I love the look they create. Colour Me #85 and Addicted to CAS #70 - School

Hello....I have one card to share today and it is for the new Colour Me #85 challenge. Timing is just perfect for this week's inspiration, school is just about ready to start where I teach, next Wednesday in fact! I love the fun pencil that was used and knew I had to pull out my wonderful pencil die from PTI. I ended up making 25 of these cards and sent one to each of my students welcoming them to the new school year. I hope you will find the time to play along with us this week.

I am also entering my card in the challenge at Addicted to CAS - School but I changed it up a bit...it was too time consuming to stamp the lines for the paper, so the card has the pencil and stamped sentiments. I am also entering my card is the Back to School Challenge at SSS.
