Polar Bears

Hello....popping in today with one Polar Bear card for 3 challenges.  My sweet friends Joyce and Tracey decided that we would all make cards using these sweet Polar bears from MFT. I had so much fun taking my bears on a winter trip complete with ice bergs!  And if you noticed they are social distancing too!

Second challenge is over at My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #143

And the final challenge is My Favorite Things - Sketch #493

This is my second Slimline card, I really love having a bit more space to create a fun scene and these sweet polar bears from My Favorite Things were so perfect for making one. I used MFT Stripes and Dots patterned paper to make the water between the breaks in the ice.

Two Cards....Two Challenges

Hello....popping in today with 2 cards for 2 challenges, first one is for this weeks challenge at Hero Arts - Stay Crafty with Hero #6 - Out of the Box. I used a cover plate to make my own stencil, the colors are distress oxide inks (so fun to play with). A quick and fun card to make.

Next card is for the new challenge at Ink To Paper - PROJECT: Reach Out - You Are My Favorite
I used Papertrey Ink's Noted for the chevron and the sentiment is from their Off Beat Birthdays.

Crafty Day

Hello...popping in today with a few cards for a few challenges. I am loving the challenges from Hero Arts and Ink to Paper, it's been nice to be inspired to do something a little different.

First card up is for Ink To Paper's Project Reach Out: Keep on Swimming and Freshly Made Sketches. I did not have any Ink  to Paper swimming themed stamps but I did have an older set, A Day at the Beach and I thought a row of rainbow festive drinks would be fun.

Here is a closer look at the clear embossed ice cubes.

Next card is for the new challenge at Hero Arts - Stay Crafty #5 - Holiday Head Start. I used Hero Art's Christmas to-go coffee cup. Love this set.

Final card is for the newest PROJECT Reach Out: Special Delivery.  I used Fresh Floral Wrap Ups from Papertrey Ink for a quick card to send to a friend.

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...take care and stay safe.

Crafty Time

Hello...Happy Easter, wishing you all a wonderful day. I hope you are well and staying safe with your families.

My first card is for this week's Stay Crafty With Hero #4 - Self Care
My idea of doing something relaxing is to be creative, whether it is at my sewing machine making face masks to donate or sitting down to make cards to send to family and friends to make them smile.
My card is using the Artsy Trimmings Stamps and Dies from Studio Katia, it was fun to color like a rainbow.

My next card is for this week's challenge at Ink to Paper - Project:Reach Out - Missing You.
I found a fabulous card for inspiration (it's been difficult to focus on being creative with so much going on the in world) on Instagram. I loved that I had everything I needed to make them and used fun and bright patterned paper from Doodlebug - Take Note, the stamps and dies are Papertrey Ink - Heart-2-Heart #4.

I did a bit of assembly line card making and have 8 more cards to send out to family and friends.

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by....hoping you are all well and staying safe!
