Mini Blog Hop - Garden Variety and Year of Flowers

I always feel so honored when I am asked to participate in a Blog Hop, thank you Joyce from
Cards-by-the-Sea for inviting me. I really wanted to join in the fun but did not own either of the PTI stamp sets that are being used, so Joyce was sweet enough to stamp off some images of both sets for me to use.  I ended up only getting one card made but I am very happy with how it turned out. Both of these sets are ones that really need to be colored and that is just something I don't do...because I am not good at it. Be sure to check out all of the creations in our Mini Blog Hop, this is a very talented group of ladies. Thanks for taking a peek!

And just die over the tiny tag on twine...
    just fabulously gorgeous! :)

  4. Love the card you came up with Kim ! Beautiful layers and colors. I almost put the gloves across mine the same way you did.

  5. My iPad did not let me finish. Just wanted to say great job and fun hopping with you!

  6. oh wow this is awesome! i want spring to come!!!

  7. Kim, This is beautiful! I love the colors, especially how the dark gray ink adds a softness that black ink would not have.

  8. Kim, this is beautiful. Brilliant to use that patterned paper, and what a fabby color combination. It really looks like spring and happiness.

  9. This looks really nice with all that patterned paper Kim, you didn't need to color at all! Honestly, I don't like to color either and am glad I have a great idea now for using my set without coloring!

  10. Kim, I love this card! The colors are what did me in! I have both these sets and unfortunately, they haven't seen much ink either. What a fun idea to do a blog hop!

  11. Fabulous, Kim--love how you used the patterned paper and your little tag is adorable! I have both sets and they have almost never been used. You all have inspired me to get them out and give them some love!

  12. Kim, I love love love it! The colors are perfect! Love the twine wrapped around the seed packet and the pattern behind! And those gloves on the front are the perfect touch. You did an awesome job!
