Waltzingmouse Blog Party - School's Out

Blog-Party-Logo 70%25
It is the 17th of the month and that means it is time once again for Waltzingmouse Blog Party and this month's theme is "school's out".  I was not quite sure what to make for this theme so I thought of a fun little teacher gift. My daughter is in college now and there is no way on earth she would ever think of taking a teacher gift to one of her teachers but I thought I could use it as a gift for one my co-workers.  I love these little notepads from Papertrey Ink and they really make fun little gifts.  I went through my patterned paper looking for something school like and found this piece from Doodlebugs, Take Note.  I also found a few school theme brads and a charm floating around too to give it more of a school look. I also had to short pieces of the ruler ribbon that Joyce sent me from Britex and I had to use it for this. I need to make a run to San Francisco to restock soon.  You have 24 hours to play along with the festive mouse party, you can find the link here.  Thank you so much for taking time to stop by and peek at my project...have a fabulous day!

You made me laugh with the thought of Ashleigh in college...
taking a gift to her professors.
She would probably get into a lot of trouble...
they might die of shock! :)
