Happy Thursday! I only have one card to share today, I went to get my toes done today and almost finished making a new plaid blouse. Just need to sew in the sleeves and collar, once it is finished I will show you how it turns out, I think. So I have one card to share today and it is for 2 challenges, ColourQ#198 and CAS(E) this Sketch #37. Once I saw the sketch I was trying to think what could I use in place of the hexagons on the sketch and tea cups popped into my head so here you have it! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by to peek at my card....have a wonderful week!

This is so perfect and adorable. I love the teacups--they are perfect stand ins for the hexagons--and more useful, too. Great design, and love the colors, too.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Kim, love all the different patterns you used through your elements! So glad your shared you card with us at the colourQ, love visiting your blog each week.
ReplyDeleteOh! This is so gorgeous! I love this teacup stamp but don't often know what to do with it. TFS it's gone straight into my faves!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your take on the sketch- so clever
ReplyDeleteVery cute! The teacups are perfect and the doily stand is amazing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Kim, I so love those tea cups and don't use them often enough. I will now to CASE this card. Fantastic and the colours are amazing!

ReplyDeleteWow Kim this is fantastic. I love everything about this card.
ReplyDeleteThis card is gorgeous - I love that border with the pearls. It reminds me of the tea party that I went to last weekend!
ReplyDeleteFabulous take on the sketch! Love the teacups and the pretty little shelf you created!
ReplyDeleteLove your interpretation of the sketch! The doily, the pearls, the tea cups....remind me of tea parties with my grandma!
ReplyDeleteWould love to see a picture of the blouse you are sewing! I used to sew all our clothes years ago and sadly have gotten away from it. The only time I pull out my machine now is to either hem a pair of jeans or sew on a card!
Awesome card, lovely and bold and delicately sweet at the same time!
ReplyDeletePearls are a most excellent touch!
-have a great weekend Kim!!
That's adorable! Great interpretation of the CAS(E) Sketch!
