Freshly Made Sketches #95 and CASE Study #150

I have two cards for Friday to share with you...the first one is for this week's CASE Study, at first I was going to pass on this week's card but after seeing so many wonderful cards that keep popping up, I decided why not! I went through all of my stamps trying to find one that would work and there it was, an egg stamp from A Good Egg from Waltzingmouse Stamps and it is also a NBUS too! In fact the stamps I used for both of my cards are NBUS.

My second card is for Freshly Made Sketches...again I pulled out a stamp set that I have not use before, it is always fun to pull out stamps that you have had hanging around for some time, like getting something new! Thank you so much for stopping by to peek at my cards....have a wonderful weekend.  Stay tuned for my post tomorrow...I am going to an all day class at Scrapbook Territory - Amber from DamaskLove has so many wonderful crafty things for us and I can't wait!

  1. EEK! I love them both so much. That first card is so clever. I never would have guessed that your stamp was an egg--it makes the perfect medallion, and now you see I wasted my money buying a medallion set when I could have just used an egg. And, I love the button in the center. Your second card is so fun. I love the papers you used, and that image and sentiment are just perfect.

  11. Oh My Goodness...you used an egg for the flower petals....that is sheer creative genius Kim! As soon as I saw your card, I thought about all the sweet little egg stamps that are tucked away in the Easter drawer...might be pulling those little darlings out tomorrow and get "get cracking" creating some pretty flowers!

Absolutely love the DP that you used on your second card - so whimsical and fun! Great sentiment to match the papaer too!

  13. Fabtastic, Kim!! I love that you are using NBUS so often. It sort of helps getting into it, doesn't it? It sure is making me stop and think before I reach for the same ol' same ol' well-loved stamps. Then I think, why did I forget I own this?! Your Case make is spectacular and using the egg is simply genius!! The FMS is totally fun and perfectly patterned!!
