One of the nice things about a 3 day weekend is that there is also a short work week...yipppeee! I hope all of you had a fabulous weekend. I spent yesterday cleaning and then made 2 cards. My first one is for the current Fusion Card Challenge #4, I was inspired by Cathy's card, those sheep are just too darn cute. I love peeps, I know, I know, I am sure many of you think they are disgusting but there is just something about them I love. Not being a chocolate lover, there is not too much else out there. When I first got Lucy (my silhouette) I had to have the cut file for peeps and now I have the chance to use it.
My second card is for this weeks birthday celebration over at WP9 and the theme this week is Trend Watch. It usually takes me a bit to get on the band wagon with new ideas or supplies. I have to say I was not keen on sequins when they showed up but with a bit of arm twisting from one of my stamping friends (and she knows who she is), I jumped on and have not looked back. I love these little guys, so many amazing colors and they look so wonderful on cards. So my card is showcasing sequins...thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

Love your little doily 'table'.

Kim, your cards are both super cute! I'm not a fan of peeps, but yours look so sweet on that card! But my favorite is how you are using sequins in the second card. I'm not one to get on the band wagon either, but you just showed me a way to use sequins that is out of the box!!!
