Today I have one more card for the PTI Anniversary party and it is for 2 of their challenges, Day 1 and Day 7, today's challenge is making a card with stripes. It was a very quick card to put together and I love this color combination too, so bright and cheerful. I am also using my new white card stock from Michael's...it is soooo nice! It is 110lb. card stock and you can't beat the price too. It cuts, stamps and folds just as nicely as the other brands and I love that Michael's is only 2 minutes from my house. Thank you so much for stopping by today...have a great week!

ReplyDeleteStriking design - great bold colors KIm! I'm hearing lots of good things about that Michael's cardstock.
ReplyDeleteAs usual Kim, you've made a beautiful card. Those stripes are amazing, and I love those colors together. Sweet flowers, and I love how you've tucked the sentiment into a stripe! Really clever. Great card. Bev
ReplyDeleteOnce again, your card has me smiling from ear to ear (that's a wide expanse!!), at how bright, cheery, fresh and 'happy' it is! Stripes, colours, flowers, sentiment nestled into a stripe...yes, absolutely lovely! Michael's has heavy cardstock? I'm very curious, although I wonder if the stores in Canada stock it. Next trip to visit my family, it will be on my shopping agenda...Thanks for the scoop + review!
