Two cards for Sunday...

Hoping that everyone had a wonderful weekend...this past week was so busy I never had much time to be crafty but today I had a bit of time and I have 2 cards to share with you. They are for Serendipity - Stitching Challenge, CASology - cue card "Lucky" and Paper Crafting Challenge - Sketch Challenge (this is a new one for me. I love their sketch and thought it would be fun to play along). Thank you so much for taking time to stop by...enjoy your week!

This is as close to "lucky" as I could get, I don't have any stamps with lucky on them so I pulled out a PS alphabet set and had Lucy help me cut a sweet little duck.

This card is for both Serendipity and Paper Crafting Challenge...I love this tree from Serendipity, it reminds me of a tree you might see in Whoville.

  1. Oh, Kim - how to bring a smile to our faces with these two adorable cards! Your duck is darling and the "Whoville" tree with its companions snowflakes is sheer delight! Awesome, plus!! Speaking of awesome: thank you so much for your sweet comment on my "created-whilst traveling' cards" (actually, THANK YOU for all your comments!). You sure added sparkle to my day; thankfully, those two worked out reasonably well, as a few others were epic failures! Apparently, I *need* my cuttlebug and dies! The 110 lb cardstock ROCKS! Have a fabulous evening/Monday! Hugs~c

  2. So glad you had time to be crafty today. Your CASology card is cute as can be. I never thought of Lucky Duck--you are so very clever to think of that one. And, I agree that the tree on your second cards looks like it is straight out of Whoville. Fabulous card, and now I am going to check out that challenge.

  11. Both adorable. I just love the duck . . . and the sequins. Who would have thought little sequins could be like gold for us card makers.
