Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mom's out there...hoping you are being spoiled and pampered! I will keep this short...I have 4 cards to share but really 2 are envelope wraps for this week's Papertrey Ink's Make it Monday #163 - Envelope Wraps and the first one is also for this week's Colourq #240. At first I was a bit stumped and then it hit me and they are just so much fun to make! You have to give this a try. My second 2 cards are for the current challenge at Fusion Card Challenge...gotta love the black, white and yellow theme, so fun! Thank you so much for stopping by and have a fabulous week!
I added some embossed some snowflakes but they are a bit hard to see, sorry.

ReplyDeleteFabulous projects for Sunday. You were a busy girl. I love them all, but especially that envelope wrap with Santa's sled. That is so very clever, and I hope you remember where you put it come next Christmas. Looks like you had a fabulously crafty Mother's Day.

ReplyDeleteBelated HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to you, Kim! What a delightful set of projects here! Your FUSION inspired cards are super sweet; love the black/yellow/white combination. The bee card is smile-maker, for sure! The envelope wraps - well, what a super cool way to jazz up a plain old envelope! Awesome!! Hugs~c
ReplyDeleteI really like how you cut apart the hexie die to make room for your bee and sentiment. That is a great tip. Hope your mother's day was great.
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards! I love the splash of color on the first one. Hope you had a fun Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteHave never heard of envelope wraps before, what a fantastic idea!! Love the colour and ink splats on the first envelope and the santa and reindeer stamp is stunning! Your certainly good with black and yellow, I found it very tricky. I love the stamps you used on the thank you card, they are so pretty, must get some. And the bee is so sweet, fantastic sentiment and I LOVE hexagons, you can never have too many and they are perfect for bee honeycomb. All of these are gorgeous! Hope you had a lovely Mothers Day and was spoilt rotten.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a lovely day, Kim! You are amazing--great creations! I totally love your envelope wraps--perfect! The thank you card is so striking & the bee card is over the top creative & wonderful!

ReplyDeleteLots of cool things on this post. Where to begin? The colorful spots on the first remind me of confetti - which means PARTY! The Christmas with the snowflakes and fun stamps and die cuts, and the last - so smart to distress ink behind the die cut! The yellow and black just pop! And your bee is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteYes another comment - I missed my favorite one - the stamped background, gingham thank you. That bow is gorgeous! It's tied perfectly and I love the button center!
