Yipppeeee! It's Friday...so happy. We have a fun weekend planned, tomorrow is Record Store Day so will be getting up at O dark thirty to head to Haight St. in San Francisco to wait in line at Amoeba Records for at least 3 hours. We do this every year and have a blast, we all have a list of what special releases we need to find. And after that we walk down Haight St in search of a well deserved lunch.
I have one card to share today and it is for the current challenge over at Simply Create Too, no stamps or digital images...do you know how hard that is??? I decided to put Lucy to work (my Silhouette and yes you should name them). I purchased all the sweet Disney type princesses and feel in love with this sweet little Ariel. I hope you are able to find the time to play along with us.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your weekend!
Such a cute little image and sweet card too Kim, I love it ;) Viv xx

ReplyDeleteNow that is one darling card, Kim! Love the mermaid & waves!
ReplyDeleteLucy did an amazing job cutting these fun images for you Kim. Love this whimsical card. Remembering that last year you picked up that special edition One Direction record for her
ReplyDeleteYou and Lucy make a great team ! This is darling and I love it!
ReplyDeleteLucy did a fine job!! Whoa... waiting in line for 3 hours... well deserved lunch!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh wat a sweet mermaid! Love it!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! This is so incredibly cute and fun. I love it!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing how you can read the emotion on a face that only has eyelashes??!! Incredible, and so is this card. She is such a sweetie and I love all the clean, soft coloured die-cutting. My cuttlebug hasn't been very busy the last few days, must give it a good run and do another entry for this challenge!!
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to cards with no stamps, sometimes I feel it's so easy to do, other times it's the hardest thing. Right now the latter is what describes my feelings the best.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job with yours, creating such a sweet sea scene for your mermaid.
Soooo dang cute! Gotta love those digital cutters (I sure do!)
ReplyDeleteI love how you have Ariel 'coming out of the water'. Great cardstock colors - they blend together beautifully! I'm so lovin' the sequin 'splashes' - ?
This is such an adorable mermaid!
ReplyDelete*O dark thirty*....what a great phrase! Hope your Record Store Day was fabulous! Speaking of fabulous: your darling Ariel! My niece loves Ariel...Ariel dolls, Ariel t-shirts, Ariel hair accessories! This card would have her over the moon thrilled! Absolutely precious AND a die-cut-only delight!
