Hello...happy Tuesday! A quick post today with the new color palette from ColourQ #316. The colors are so beautiful don't you think. My card is a wee bit wrinkled...this is what happens when you wait til the last minute to make your card and decide to do some smooshing, not a real smart move. But I know later it is smooth out and then I will be happy with it. I hope you will find the time to play along with us this week. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by....enjoy the rest of your week
Very pretty smooshing! Love those gorgeous butterflies, too.
ReplyDeleteI am loving that smooshed background. The color is divine with the butterflies!! I also like how you added some beads to the butterfly bodies. Really pretty card!!
ReplyDeleteEven fresh off the smooshing table, this is a beautiful card, Kim! You always turn out the perfect designs for Colour Q's colors to inspire us!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteNever would have noticed the 'bit of a wrinkle' had you not mentioned it! You're right - these colors are gorgeous....so appropriate for the fall and all the pretty colors that surround us :) Love how perfectly your pretty painted/smooshed/whooshed blue 'sky' highlights the stunning flutter-bye dies!
ReplyDeleteLove these colors and you've made a beautiful card using them!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing your cards for the color challenges. I really do. Each week I print the color scheme to give it a go, but time just runs out as ideas for color challenges don't come easily to me. But I watch and I learn... It's pretty.
