Hello...popping in with one card today for the new challenge up at Cupcake Inspirations #421. I pulled out some supplies I have had for some time but never use, PTI's Phrase Play #5 die and stamps and used their ombre striped paper for the background, pretty quick and easy! Hope you will find the time to play along with us this week, can't wait to see how you use this fabulous color combination.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...I am still working hard on getting caught up with commenting, thanks for your patience.
I made a couple of cards for some sweet dear friends that live in Corpus Christi that are in recovery mode from Hurricane Harvey. I got these wonderful stamps from Hero Arts, Greetings From Texas. I am working on a card set as a gift for them, hope it brightens there day. Sending hugs and prayers to all those affected by this storm.
Those ombre stripes are yummy with the touches of orange, Kim ... such a cool colour combo, fresh and fabulous! Great cards for your Texas friends ... they're sure to be so appreciated! Hugs & bisous, Anita :)

ReplyDeleteLove t hose ombre stripes and that wonderful card for your friends. So sad what has happened in Texas and now in the islands! :(
ReplyDeleteBeautiful graphic look for the orange & teal card, Kim! So hard for everyone dealing with these horrible storms & I know your sweet cards will be appreciated! Luckily my friend & her daughter in Houston both have houses that didn't get flooded. But one friends elderly father down the coast had a lot of wind damage--so sad.
ReplyDeleteHow thoughtful of you to make those cards for your Texas friends, Kim. I hope they are recovering well. It was such a disaster there.
ReplyDeleteFabulous selection of cards Kim!
