12 Kits - Autumn Days

Hello...October is coming to an end and time again for our 12 Kits of Occasions post. Our incredible hostess this month is Sharron from On Papillon Wings. Her kit is filled to the brim with fall goodness! From the turkey to the pumpkin pie.

My post is short, made a few cards but having a difficult time getting my photos from my phone to my computer. I picked up a new computer this past weekend and it is taking me some time to relearn some of the simple things. My computer is faster and the photos brighter and I'm slower and a bit duller too! Gotta have balance! So my photos are not the best, but will get better eventually!

Lindsey, thank you as always for the amazing kit photo.

  1. I can only see the first one -- the next two are showing only a white box. But the first one is ADORABLE! I love that little girl!

  2. A new computer, a new oven or a dishwasher, it’s quite a process to learn how to use these supplies when brand new... But you’ll get there, I’m sure. Wonderful autumn cards. I especially love the first one and how you kept the image uncolored and added a strip of paper for color.

  3. Beautiful cards Kim! I love the first - the image uncolored but not missing a thing because of the colorful border. The sentiment is captured beautifully on the second with the striped pattern paper - you can really see the gold so well on your photo.
I love the bit of twine with the acorn too - you captured fall beautifully!

  4. Three adorable cards Kim! I love the strip of paper with the uncolored image. That colorful strip is all this CAS card needs. Your fall cards captivate Sharron's kit perfectly! I hope you figure out your new computer without too many woes. I know I hate change and learning a new computer is at the top of my list. Best of luck to you!

  7. I love the simplicity of your designs Kim. They each speak volumes!! Wasn't that big acorn fun. So sorry about your computer issues. I hate change or when we do an update on ours. You'll get it all figured out. Your photos look great. The gold on your second card shows up beautifully!

  8. I'm so sorry you had to deal with computer problems. I hate when we have changes with ours. Even updates can be difficult for me! Your cards all look wonderful though! I love the first card with just a strip of that leaf paper--a perfect simple design! And the sentiment against patterned strips works great, so pretty with the gold touches!

  9. Oh, I am so sorry about the computer. How frustrating to have to learn what was so simple before! Your cards are wonderful, Kim! I love how you added the strip of pp to the PB girl card. It balances perfectly with the sentiment. You and I both paired the lovely autumn sentiment with the same pp, and that acorn looks wonderful on the plaid!
