The Challenge #32

Yipppeee...it's Monday! Wishing you a wonderful week...I have one card to share today for The Challenge #32 - Polka Dots. I love polka dots, so fun to wear and fun to stamp with. I do not have any polka dot stamps so I used a journaling card from PTI and used it to make a stencil out of card stock and to my surprise it worked like a dream. September Papertrey Ink Blog Hop

It's the 25th of the month and that means it is time for the PTI Blog Hop...I almost forgot about it this month so this was a quick little birthday card for a sweet friend.  This month's theme is wreath's, I did not have a wreath stamp so I am using this delightful "wreath" from Think Big Favorites #19 and embellished it with a few roses and there you have it!  Thank you so much for taking time to stop by to peek at my card...there is still plenty of time to play along and so many wonderful cards to see over at Capture the Moment if you need a little inspiration.

ColourQ #194 - Take Two

Just a real quick post with a second card for this week's ColourQ Challenge #194.  We have had a busy weekend so not too much crafting time...yesterday we spent the day at Shoreline in Mt. View for an all day rock concert, Van's Warp Tour and had a wonderful time but the weather was warm and by the time we arrived home I was beat!  Today I met a girl friend for tea and had a lovely lunch, I always love going for tea, a great way to spend time with a sweet friend.  I needed to get this card finished so I can pop it in the mail for some our friends wedding anniversary.  I love these Camellia's from Waltzingmouse stamped on polka dots, it really makes the flowers shine!  Thank you so much for stopping by to peek at my card...have a great day!

PTI 5 year anniversary...day 1

Happy Anniversary PTI! They have so many fun daily challenges and sneak peeks to celebrate 5 years of amazing products, design team inspiration and ideas!

For today's challenge we were asked to make a card that was inspired by on of the design team members. Michelle Wooderson always inspires me...her cards seem to just make themselves and always look so quick and easy to put together.  Her list of favorites are pretty close to mine and I just love her style.
