CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #26 Laura's Sketch

I finally found some time to make a few cards so I made one for this week's challenge for CAS-ual Fridays.  But before I could get my card made I had to make a last minute treat for Ashleigh to take the Halloween party she was going to tonight.  Oreo mummies are pretty quick and easy to make, so I headed off to Target first thing this morning to pick up the supplies and this is how they turned out.

Now on to the card...I bought the stamp about a year ago when an online stamps store was going out of business.  I spent about an hour going through all of the stamps and found a lot of Impression Obsession stamps that I just could not pass up and the Thanksgiving one is my favorite.  Thanks for taking a peek!

  1. I love those mummies!! You must tell me how you made them. And, what a great card. I recognize that paper from one of my favorite pads from this fall. And, I had forgotten about the simple circle die until just now. And, we were inseparable at one point. This is a great take on the sketch. And, that stamp--so cute. Love it.

  2. Lovely, and I love your Halloween treats!
Thanks for playing at CAS-ual Fridays!

  3. Those mummies look so good! They look like you must have slaved over them all day! Don't tell anyone they are easy. Love that card with the three fall print layers and the neat Thanksgiving word stamp. Great job on this one Kim.

  4. Great card, Kim! I love the blocking you did and the buttons on the Simple Circles border die cut!

  5. What a fantastic card, the colors are so rich and perfect for thanksgiving! I love those little mummy treats too, way cute! Thank you so much for playing along in the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!
