Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday #91 Faux Pockets

I don't think I have ever had my card ready this soon after seeing what the Papertrey Ink's MIM technique was...I guess having the day off and being up early helps a bit too. I'm on a roll too, this is the first time I have been able to do a MIM card two weeks in a row! As soon as I finished watching the video the wheels in my brain began to spin and I started pulling out stamps and paper and what a mess but I am so happy with the finished card and I think I will make a few more. This is such a fun and very quick technique to use and looks like you spent way more time than it really takes.  Have a wonderful day and thanks for taking a peek.

  15. Sweet card, very pretty! The sledder in front of your pocket is a great idea. Ha, both of us went for a blue card and used the music sheet as a background :-). Funny.

  19. Wow, Kim, I am wiping drool off my chin over this one!! Oh, is that the meds maybe? Not. It is not, it's the card. Does MIM have winners? This should be a winner IMHO!

Thank you for your sweet good wishes and prayers. I know they helped. I got sprung Sunday night. Yesterday I was Rubber Woman, but today I feel like I might actually venture out to the Playhouse for some good card therapy.

It's nice to see you feeling better and making a few posts while I was away!! And what a cool idea to download cross-stitch patterns. She is going to love her Dr. Who. Mister and DS loved Dr. Who and I could never stand it for more than a minute! That must say something about them and us, but I have no idea what. Don't think I want to know either, LOL!

    Hearts! Darnell
