Summertime Christmas

Hello...I was recently introduced to Paperless Post who were looking for designers to make a couple of summer theme'd Christmas cards."

I love penguins and thought that these sweet little guys would be fabulous doubling with summer and Christmas. And if you have penguins you need palm trees too and on my second card I added a wee bit of wink of stella for sparkle for a festive spin. Be sure to head over to Paperless Post and here is the link to their Christmas Cards...so much beautiful inspiration!

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by...enjoy your day!

added my first card to the current challenge at Muse - ChristmasVisions #59

  5. How cute and original! The first one feels Christmasy with Santa's sleigh up in the sky and the second one is extra exotic, but still festive.

  16. Hi Kim, I love them both but the one with the penguin holding the pretty drink on the beach under the palm tree just made me giggle! So fun! These would be great for our friends "down under" - I don't know how they celebrate Christmas with summer weather. Oh wait, I do know because we often have that in Arizona, too! *giggle* ps - the wink of stella on the palm is da'bomb!

  17. These are darling, darlin'!! I'll bet there are days in the middle of winter when penguins wish they were on a tropical island with a delicious drinkie pooh! Not me though...I'd wish to be on a tropical island with my BABES buddies!!!!! LOVE this duo. You're rocking the Christmas cards my friend. Brilliant mind. Madly creative. Bev
