Hello....popping in today with my card for the reminder challenge at Time Out #161 - The Arts is the theme. And this challenge there is a twist - One Layer Card.

I choose to use this fabulous scissors stamp from Gina K. and I used her Build a Wreath stencil to turn the scissors into a wreath. I love this sentiment too, so perfect to send to someone else that loves to sew.
