My crafty day.....

Good morning...popping in today with 3 cards from my crafty day yesterday. The first one up is for the current challenge over at Papertrey Ink - Make It Monday #339. Not my best work but it's a birthday card to add to my stash. I used the grid pattern stamp for my frame and added balloons from Birthday Style.

Next card is for this week's challenge over at Color Throwdown #514, just fell in love with the beautiful fall colors! I used PTI's Leaf Print dies and the sentiment is from Mum's the Word.

Final card is for the current challenge at Addicted To Stamps #313. I was looking for something and came across this sweet Minnie Mouse decked out for a little Trick or Treating, thought she would look wonderful on the front of a Halloween card.

Wanted to share a few photo from this past weekend. Ashleigh and I went to San Bernadino for the CalJam Festive with the Foo Fighters, Iggy Pop and so many others. It was an amazing as it was last year, but this year we were so much more prepared. We had a blast!

Happy Saturday...hope everyone had a fabulous Valentine's Day. We went out to dinner with some friends and had a wonderful time and today I spent the day with 48 other ladies scrapbooking or card making. So much fun but unfortunately I did not get much of anything done, one card and organized a few photos but I did get to spend the day with some sweet friends so it was all worth it. Papertrey Ink Anniversary - Day 3 Contest

Happy Friday!!!! Today's contest at PTI is a timed challenge, you have 7 minutes to grab 7 different card ingredients and make your card in 17 minutes.  I have a few cards to share with you tonight and I was so surprised at how difficult it was to limit my supplies to only 7 items!  No wonder I always have a huge mess on my craft table!  Anyway, I have to say it was a fun challenge and to watch the timer tick off the seconds and minutes on my phone, I finally had to turn my phone over so I could not see, that was really cutting into my card making time.

I did not record the time it took to make all of my cards...but I will say the more I made the quicker I got. I was taking close to the full 17 minutes on my first two cards and needed to speed things up just a bit to get in a few more cards. Have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!

CASology #56 and 10 Minute Craft Dash Birthday Challenge #23

Wow...can you believe it, it is Thursday already, this week is zipping by! Tomorrow Outside Lands starts so I will not get in much crafting time in the next 3 days...but you never know, maybe in the mornings before we leave for San Francisco.  Tomorrow we will see Sir Paul McCartney, I can mark that one off my bucket list now. 

I have 1 card and 1 project to share tonight.  The first one is a little treat/gift bag that Lucy helped me with. It took one 12x12 sheet of paper and a bit of folding and there you have it! It is good size too, 8" x 4", so big enough to hold a fun little surprise.  Since I was making it for this week's 10 Minute Craft Dash Birthday, I made it to hold a gift and decorated it with a name and a festive little balloon bouquet.  And I made it in just less than 10 minutes too...so much fun!

I forgot to take a photo of my time so I had to reset my phone timer so I could add the time.

My card is my second card for this week's CASology "Dessert" challenge.  I am not a chocolate lover at all but know plenty of people how are so this card will find a good home.  The stamps I used are from Technique Tuesday, Eat Chocolate and are also a NBUS.  The Hershey Kisses are embossed with silver too, it is a bit hard to see that in the photo.
