Crafty Morning

Hello....Good Morning! Popping in this morning with two quick cards for two of Ink To Paper's PROJECT Reach Out: Sending Love and Gratitude.

I pulled out a couple of older stamp sets (back when they came in CD cases old) for each card.

I used Heat Prints stamps and dies for this card and the sentiment is from Stamping Simply Splits: With Love

 I used Harvest Berries and Thankful Thoughts for my Gratitude card, love the beautiful script on the word Grateful.

Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday #309

Hello....popping in with my card for this week's PTI Make It Monday #309. I do not have any PTI stencil's so I took the hearts coverplate and made my own. I used pink and red embossing powder for all the hearts, this was so much fun to do! I used their Heart Prints stamps and dies to finish off my card. ColourQ #277

It's Tuesday and that means another card with new colors for ColourQ #277 and the colors are just stunning and so perfect for Valentine's Day. My daughter always asks to make cards with the fold on the side and after making this card I remembered why I don't, they are just way too hard to photograph. I was trying to do one of the fancy die cut borders with the hearts but if you could see my trash can you would see that I failed miserably. So I faked it and used the dies to make a border. Papertrey Ink - June Blog Hop

It is June 25th and that means it is once again time for PTI's blog hop. The theme this month is color and sketch, which makes it very easy to put together a card. I was so excited that my PTI goodies arrived today and I am using a NBUS die and stamp. I will be adding this card to Darnell's NBUS challenge...you still have a few days to play along. 2 cards for Superbowl Sunday...

Happy Sunday...I am not a football fan at all, so that makes it a great day to be crafty.  My husband and daughter will be watching the game will be cheering for Seattle and I will be sitting in my craft room making cards, such a fun way to spend the day.  So far I have 2 cards to share and the are for the week's ColourQ challenge #226 and Fusion Card Challenge #3 and both will be entered in Addicted to CAS #31.  My first card using the SSS Heart Parade is a case of Nichol's card from Blogged by Nichol Magouirk. She made hers using so many amazing different water color looking patterned paper, this has to be one of the most beautiful cards ever made! You can see her card here. PTI - January Hop and CASology #70 - Contrast

Happy Saturday...wishing everyone a wonderful weekend! I don't have anything planned other than hanging out at home being crafty and dolly domestic.  I have 3 cards to share today and all of them are for this months Papertrey Ink Blog Hop and one is for this weeks CASology challenge. I was late to the party last week and I want to be sure that does not happen again.  PTI blog hop theme is Pretty in Pink...I just love pink and had so much fun playing along.  

This is my card for CASology...the cue card this week is contrast and I was stumped for a bit. I made the card above it for the PTI Blog Hop, I love the look but it is very busy so to make a card for CASology in contrast to that card, still pretty and the hearts are the focal point, but a much cleaner look.  I used a new die from SSS, Heart Parade. Such a fun die and I want send a thank you to whoever was so sweet to have it sent to me, it was a wonderful surprise!

Some exciting news to share.....

I have some very exciting news to share with you today...something happened that I never in a million years would have expected...I was invited to be on a Design Team! It is for Simply Create Too and I just over the moon excited about it. There are so many talented ladies on their team and I so happy to be part of there family.  I hope to see many of you over there playing along.
