Hello and happy Thursday! I have been waiting weeks to share this info with all of you, I am soooo excited! Meagan from Top Dog Dies emailed me back in February to ask me if I would like to be a Guest Designer for them...I will be honest and had to read it a few times to make sure it was real. I did not hesitate to reply either, I was over the moon excited! My dies arrived a few weeks later and I have been playing ever since!
Here is some info about Top Dog Dies....Top Dog Dies is a new online store that offers their own brand of wafer-thin and steel-rule dies, along with dies from brands you already know and trust, including My Favorite Things, Lawn Fawn, Taylored Expressions. Savvy Stamps and Cheery Lynn Designs. Top Dog Dies is also the leading U.S. retailer for Tattered Lace, a new line of intricate dies designed by British designer Stephanie Weightman.
I love Kate Spade handbags so I had to make a couple of those using this amazing steel rule die cuts with the sweet little handbag, flap and all! I will be making lots of these sweet little goodies! My final handbag was inspired by one I just purchased, I was looking for stripes but could only find polka dots in this color. All the accents for my sweet little handbags are from the Purse Card Finisher Dies.
My final card is made using this beautiful lace doily from Top Dog called Bella Doily. What I really love about this die is that is cut so clean the first run through my Big Kick.
Be sure to head over to Top Dog Dies, they are having a guest designer giveaway the entire month of April, you can win $50 worth exclusive Top Dog Dies of your choice...here is the link to enter.
Meagan, thank you again for being so sweet and kind and for inviting me to be a guest designer for Top Dog Dies, it was a real honor!

Just adorable, Kim. I've put a hurting on my craft budget with this new company, so it's super fun to know we'll be seeing you guesting on their blog I was tempted by this big die too. Have you been crafting since the days of Coluzzle? If so, you may remember a purse template they made. I bought it and never used it. It found a home in a local school along with all my Coluzzle stuff. I have yearned for a purse die ever since then. To add to my story, Amazon just delivered my new Kate Spade sun-glasses today. I'm a Wally girl sun-glass buyer, but I succumbed since I'm going to NYC for the Memorial Day weekend and Kate's BIG there. Now, I must go and check out their purses...GROAN! Thanks enabler team-mate...I think!
