The Great Cover-Up

 

Hello...popping in today to share my card for this week's The Great Cover-Up challenge over at Ink to Paper. 

Such a wonderful technique. I didn't have a large background stamp so I pulled out Stylish Sentiments:Birthday and did a subway type sign with them. Stamped them with VersaMark and embossed in white on vellum from PTI. I used the beautiful flowers from Gran's Garden, just love these gorgeous flowers!

PROJECT: Reach Out - Birthday

Hello....popping in today with me card for the new PROJECT: Reach Out - Birthday over at Ink to Paper. I was inspired by the beautiful colors, all the shades of purple, yellow, and green and I paired them with my all time favorite flowers to stamp, Papertrey Ink's Gran's Garden.

Crafty Morning....

Hello...popping in today with 3 cards to share for 3 different challenges. First up is my card for a new challenge to me, Day of the Month Card Club - Frog Jumping Day. I pulled out this fun frog die from Poppy Stamps, and made them into a shaker/pond card.

Second card is for the challenge at Hero Arts - Stay Crafty # 7 - Essential Kindness. I used Hero Art's Tea Time frame and added and sweet sentiment and an oxide ink background. 

Final card is for the new challenge at Ink To Paper, Melissa's Fab Friday Feature. I made a Mother's Day for my sweet mom. I used my favorite flowers, Gran's Garden from Papertrey Ink with a embossed background. Love these beautiful flowers!

Hello....popping in today with my 3 flower cards using my all time favorite flower stamps from Papertrey Ink - Gran's Garden, always love how they look with almost any color combinations.  I paired the flowers with Papertrey Ink's Two Toned stamps for my sentiments, pretty quick makes.

Papertrey Ink January 2019 Blog Hop

Good morning...popping in today with my card for this months Papertrey Ink Blog Hop. Just love the cake that was used for the inspiration photo, so yummy! I used my favorite PTI flowers for my card, Gran's Garden and embossed the background with tiny dots. The lower edge is Ombre Builders stamps.  The sentiment is Graceful Greetings.

Hello...Happy Monday! It's time for another Muse challenge #287 and this week my card will be your inspiration. I follow this wonderful blog called Skip to My Lou (here is the link) and she always has  some incredible quotes/sayings you can print out and use. I thought these would be so perfect for my October Muse card paired with PTI's Gram's Garden and a few sequins too. I hope will play along with us thus week, can't wait to see how you are inspired!

Transformation Tuesday

Good Morning...popping in with my card for this week's Transformation Tuesday. I choose to do a re-make of this card using Gran's Garden from PTI. I added more flowers and changed up the colors to be more fallish (I don't think that is really a word but if fits). I have to say this is by far my favorite flower stamp set that I own, they are so beautiful and really look wonderful in almost any color pairing.
Update on my hand, the cast came off last Tuesday and card making is coming back slow but sure. The surgery was successful, I no longer have pain or numbness in my hand. Still can't lift heavy items but each day I have more strength and feel great. Thank you so much for the well wishes and sweet cards.

CAS(E) this Sketch #267

Hello...popping in with one more card today, this one is for CAS(E) the Sketch #267. Another card that I made while spending the week with Tracey and Joyce! Joyce and I brought stamps that no one else had to use while we were there. This one is Gran's Garden from PTI that Joyce brought, one of my all time favorite flowers. The sentiment is form PTI too, Mum's the Word, this one is from Tracey's amazing stamp collection.

Hello...welcome back to The Card Concept, hope you had a festive and fun summer! The first challenge #77 inspiration back is this beautiful tote filled with so many pretty pink posies. I made my card while visiting Joyce during the summer and used Gran's Garden for my card, I love these sweet flowers and thought they would be perfect for this card.
